I am Jane Spencer, a nom de plume, and I spent most of my childhood, right through to the age of 20, travelling with my family to various corners of the world. Those years gave me the wonderful opportunity to experience different cultures, people, and environments firsthand.

There were plenty of adventures along the way—and many of them have found their way into my stories. From the places we visited to the experiences we shared, each one left me with memories that continue to inspire my writing.
Being the eldest of five girls also gave me plenty to write about! Growing up in a busy family provided no shortage of characters, adventures, and, of course, stories.

The Diaries platform gives me the freedom to bring those memories to life and share them with others. My passion is storytelling—sharing my experiences, bringing a smile or a memory to someone else, and enjoying the wonderful stories written by others.

After all, every story has a memory behind it, and every memory is worth sharing.
