I’m Miriam Trump, possessor of that not-so-revered of names, retired elementary school teacher, mother of three, and also soon-to-be grandmother of three. Small town life, the tiniest of moments and experiences, along with remembered childhood moments, are generally the inspirations for my writing pieces.
I’m enjoying the Diaries community I have become a part of, reading others and especially enjoying the discussion that has at times emerged from a submitted piece. In particular, the essay I wrote entitled “Bathing Suit Anyone?” enabled me to see my own piece from a very different perspective. The comments made by readers thereby making of them writers as well.
